Therelek manufactures plasma nitriding furnaces / ion nitriding furnaces of hot wall or cold wall type with bell type construction.The bell works with a motorized lifting movement and the material can be loaded with in the working chamber in multiple layers or stacks using fixture.These plasma nitriding furnaces a capable of processing mixed loads as well as consistent loads for regular production. The working chamber operates under vacuum and under a combination of pure hydrogen and nitrogen atmospheres. Using DC supply plasma is generated that ionizes the nitrogen gas in the working chamber which by positive ion bombardment forms a nitride layer on the surface of metal components. The desired surface hardness and optimized process cycle can be achieved by adjusting the automatic control options of working pressure ,pulse plasma current, frequency, ratio of gases and heating rate.
